Refund Policy

1. Summary
Campaign credits are digital goods delivered to your account immediately upon payment. Because of this, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the limited cases described below.
2. Try before you buy
Every new account includes one free campaign generation, so you can evaluate the quality of the Service before purchasing. We encourage you to use it before buying a credit pack.
3. When we will make it right
If a technical fault on our side caused you to be charged without receiving your credits, or you were charged more than once for the same purchase in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at arifin@arifaisolutions.com with your payment reference (from your receipt). We will investigate and, where the fault is ours, either restore the credits or refund the affected charge.
4. What is not refundable
Change of mind; credits you have already used; dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality (the output is a draft for your review — see our Terms); or your inability to comply with a platform's rules.
5. How credits work
Credits do not expire, have no cash value, and are not transferable between accounts.
6. How refunds are processed
Where a refund is granted, it is processed through Stripe back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take several business days to appear.
